PAYMENT

​

In order to confirm the booking, CreteWise has to receive a 30% of the total cost, through credit card. Only upon reception of this payment we will confirm the booking.

​

The outstanding amount is to be paid upon arrival, when checking-in and can be paid by credit card or in cash.

 

CHECK-IN /CHECK-OUT

Check-in: You can check-in into the apartment as from 3.30pm (15:30hrs) onwards. Should you wish to enjoy the apartment before 3.30pm, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. A surcharge may apply (subject to availability).

​

Check-out: On the day of departure, the check-out should be before 11am (11hrs).

For late check-out after 11am, please contact us and we will do our utmost to assist you. A surcharge may apply (subject to availability).

 

MODIFICATION OF RESERVATION

​

Modifications and cancellations: 30% of the total price is charged if you cancel after the cancellation period on your booking confirmation.

If the customer does not show, the 100% of the amount will be charged.

 

NUMBER AND IDENTITY OF THE GUESTS

​

It is not allowed to exceed the arranged number of persons as per original booking without previous authorisation. In case of agreement, the price is subject to modification. 

 

CLEANING

​

The cleaning service will be performed prior to your arrival so you will find the apartment is tidy, comes with bed linen and towels upon check-in. Change of linens and towels is provided every 4th day. When leaving, we kindly ask you to leave the apartment in reasonable conditions. It is guests’ responsibilities to wash their dishes and throw their trash in the outside waste containers.

 

MODIFICATION OF RESERVATION

Unforeseen circumstances: In case of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (such as unplanned renovation, unscheduled works, flooding, etc.) CreteWise reserves the right to assign the client a different apartment of similar characteristics. In case the client does not agree with the newly proposed alternative, he/she has the right to cancel the reservation and receive a full refund of the paid amount, minus the rent corresponding to the days the Apartment was used. CreteWise will not be liable for any further claim by the client.

 

GENERAL RULES

​

Pets are not allowed.

Smoking is strictly forbidden.

Specific house rules in each apartment should be respected.

Disturbances, loud music and parties are strictly forbidden. 

Please, respect neighbours and quite time from 10pm to 8am.

Please, remember to turn off the lights, A/A, TV, etc. every time you go out the apartment. Please also make sure all doors and windows are closed before living the apartment.

 

LIABILITY

Use of the apartment: By booking with us, the client and those accompanying him or her undertake to make appropriate use of the rented apartment; in all cases CreteWise is exempt from any liability for damages that may be caused by this use.

​

Valuables: CreteWise takes no responsibility for any valuables that the client takes to and/or leaves in the apartment.

​

Damage caused: The guests are liable for all damages and impairments on the rented apartment or furniture, as far as they exceed signs of wear and tear on normal usage. It is also guest’s responsibility to pay for lost keys and cover additional costs for changing the lock.

Booking an apartment with CreteWise implies absolute and unconditional acceptance of our terms and conditions.

​

ANY INFRINGEMENTS ON THE ABOVE MENTIONED TERMS GIVE CRETEWISE THE RIGHT TO REQUIRE THE IMMEDIATE DEPARTURE OF THE GUEST FORM THE APARTMENT AND THE GUEST SHALL HAVE NO RIGHT TO CLAIM COMPENSATION WHATSOEVER.
